TTJ Awards 2019: Quercus made the list… twice!

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Quercus has been nominated for not only one Timber Trade Journal award, but two! We want to send a big thankyou to everyone that voted for us, and we promise to continue providing the same high-quality service… whatever the outcome on the day.

The TTJ Awards are one of the industry’s highest accolades, so we’re very pleased to share the news that we’ve been nominated as both “Timber Merchant of the Year” and “Small Timber Business of the Year”. As many of you will know, we are very passionate about timber and the wider industry, so these nominations really mean something special to us.

We’re also particularly proud to be nominated given how this year’s awards have been structured. In 2019, for the first time ever, voting on nominations was opened to a public vote. That means our nominations are a result of you, our customers, expressing your satisfaction with the way we do things. Since we value each and every customer individually, and pride ourselves as much on the relationships we build and advice we give, this is a great honour.

We also think that opening the awards to the public makes them more meaningful. After all, who knows more about the timber trade than all of you? That’s why we’re doubly pleased to be in the running this year.

You won’t hear more until after the event ceremony on 13 September, but we’ll be sure to let you know how we did. Thanks again for your show of confidence – it’s very much appreciated.
